@t_f_bow @allenanalysis Tea party protests were primarily against Obamacare - a singular issue that personally affected millions of Americans. They weren't sustained protests against every single thing Obama did. The current protests are basically just against democrats not having political power.

@transcended @SFGate They had different timelines because one defendant waived his right to a speedy trial, and the other didn't. Regardless, both had trials with juries who heard the evidence. And both juries convicted.

Yeah the jury who heard it YEARS after it occurred bc of endless delays, long after all the public had forgotten what the overall sentiment was towards Asians at that time bc of covid. Yet when Paul Pelosi was attacked by a literal schizophrenic lunatic that guy was in prison for life long before Grandpa Vicha ever got a trial. If you want to pretend that’s justice go ahead but you won’t convince me.
