Going quiet after submissions closed was the worst thing you could do. That audience was your runway. #2: "They're waiting to be discovered instead of making noise" Nobody is coming to find you. The demo day is over. The judges moved on. The only person keeping your project alive in people's heads right now is you. Silence after a hackathon doesn't signal confidence. It signals you're done. #3: "They're pitching VCs who weren't even watching Frontier" The people who saw you build, who cheered for your submission, who bookmarked your project - they're still there. That's your cap table. not a partner at a firm who needs 6 meetings to write a check. #4: "They think they need to be more ready before they raise" You shipped under pressure in a hackathon. You proved you can build. “Ready is not a milestone. It's an excuse founders tell themselves while someone else ships the same idea.” @solana gave you the stage. What you do after it is on you.
