Update on fitness progress: We did it. Already down 3.5kg (7.7 pounds) in the last 6 weeks. I’m wearing the same shirt as the below picture, and you can notice how looser it sits on my waist. Main change was diet. Current diet is two meals a day: Breakfast at 10:30am and early diner at 5:30pm. I completely eliminated evening snacks, which saved me about 500 extra calories a day. My workout routine remains consistent at 5-6 times a week. I have however been feeling noticeably weaker with my lifts and workouts have been shorter. One challenge is getting enough protein in. At 94kgs (207 pounds) I need about 180g of protein a day to maintain muscle growth. Been very challenging to get to these levels. I may need to get back to taking 2-3 scoops of protein per day. Overall, very happy at this current level of mass. Next goal is to maintain this weight level and get back into muscle growth territory.
