@w00dy_22 @TravelRepublic Lol, the hotel reference threw me. Hope you manage to get things resolved. I'm due to travel out via travelrepublic later in the month and not a clue what's happening between a cancelled return flight and Cyprus not allowing incoming UK visitors.

@TravelRepublic I have arrived at my hotel in Cyprus and they have informed us that our room has been cancelled by yourselves without even contacting us. You have received full payment for this room and no refund. Is it possible for someone from customer services to contact me

@TravelRepublic I raised a CSR back on the 5th June about the fact ryanair had cancelled our return flight for our package holiday. But absolutely nothing from you since in return to confirm if the holiday is cancelled - can't see how it can go ahead. Undue stress and worry☹️

@SW_Help Who would I contact to confirm, they looked odd. A mix of yellow/orange safety jackets, and no equipment to issue penalties.... Just felt wrong
