I think one of my guy told me on the comments under this tweet that you might have to apply it for a record so their staff has to be present. They pre-made the certificate that didn’t state the specific amount so they kept it generic. So if it didn’t hit, then most likely they’ll just waste the money they paid for them.

No scrambling. Not even “we’ll verify and follow up.” Either this was the smoothest, most perfectly timed moment in history.
