@WebsterPirate23 Not to mention that particular style of play people rejected for years. Also, James, omg, do you realize that the Fever rn has the easiest stretch of games, and it's only 2-2. We still didn't play good teams. Please watch the games and tell me if SW offense is a good offense?

Some CC fans are upset because she was pulled out of the game after 23 minutes. Especially since she was 3 rebounds short of a triple double.
My take: it made sense to bench her. There are games coming up Wednesday and Friday. That makes 4 games in 8 days.
Fever had a wide lead over Storm. Best to sub out the stars to:
1) conserve their energy for what's coming
2) avoid the risk of possible injury (remember how much CC fans complained when she got injured in last year's Storm game when Fever had a comfortable lead?)
3) give the bench some minutes to keep their skills sharp

I do not understand what fans want. They were up 20 in the 4th quarter. If she had gotten injured during those 10 minutes you would be railing at the coach for having her play unnecessary minutes. Like you got to choose if you want personal stats or to actually win a chip.

For the record I don't care about Caitlin Clark getting a triple double and think it's very dumb to care about that.
But this isn't Cheryl Reeve keeping Phee in up 50 points.
A 20 point game early in the 4th quarter is not impossible to come back from.
The Storm suck (especially without Dom) so I respect the other side.
But let's please not act like there's some big difference between 24 and 26 minutes.
I'm not outraged by Steph White in this instance but still don't agree with the decision.

I feel like the Fever weren't up by enough points to justify Caitlin Clark being out almost the entire 4th quarter. I get limiting her minutes on the heels of all the injuries last year. But Steph White is doing too much benching CC for the last 8 minutes.

What is up with @NBA and playoff games? Are you trying to loose fans?
Games should be on 1 broadcast network! Not jumping from streaming service to streaming service depending on your whim.
Also today is Sunday! Games should be in afternoon time slots to entice kids!
