2/7 Using a large (n = 863), multimodal, multi-intervention clinical imaging dataset, we applied precision functional mapping and found that key subcortical nuclei in Parkinson’s disease—including the SN, STN, VIM/CM, GPi, GPe, and putamen—are preferentially linked to the SCAN.
