To get this I will have to treat some 100k of monazite pa (most common host ore of rare earths). Additionally I have process, treat, and remefiate this land which includes nlack, heavy metal sands. One if the worlds largest titanium deposits. The deposit will make huge numbers at EBITDA, as the gold carries the rest, I get them whether I want them or not. Your discuzsion is right, there is no shortage of tgese material, ores or metals called rare eaths. What is short is processing smelters and refiners, that is the bottle neck...
