I tried to warn people of this grifter. "Finding her brain" boils down to Elon Musk not letting her henpeck him. She's a scorned ex. No conviction. She changed her tune the moment Elon Musk dumped her. Imagine having such a weak constitution. Totally spiteful.

Day 4 of 20 and traveling life on Carnivore. Sometimes things just don’t change. Today for dinner was 4 @Wendys patties with cheese 🧀 and bacon 🥓 I ate 2 patties and saved two for later. $4 per meal (2 patties, 2 cheese and 4 slices of bacon)

@DeanTTraining I'm starting to prefer my own burgers over restaurants. I've had cheeseburgers one day and another day I did a cheeseburger bowl. Its become a staple to my diet.

@CoachDanGo That's why I do mobility training with Kettlebells. I've seen too many men in their mid 50s struggle to bend over and get back up. I've seen as early as late 30s for women.

The biggest piece of advice I'd give to 30 year olds is prioritize your health now. Lift weights, get enough fiber + protein, don't be fat, make a habit of walking, and fix your sleep. You will feel the difference in your 40s and beyond.

@Jainadave_ Ideally 3 to 4. I use kettlebells so I do a mix of strength, mobility, and HIIT.

I went hypoglycemic tonight and realized I was out of Glucose Tablets. I went to the gas station near my house and bought Albanese Gummy Bears. The nutrition label says a serving has 1g of protein. How can that be?
