Once again, I’m incredibly grateful for the unwavering support of my advisor, @wchnicholas, and the invaluable contributions of all my co-authors. Thank you for helping bring this idea to life!

With the help of Cursor Agent/Claude Sonnet 4, we created a locally run user interface for our design pipeline that enables the quick and simple design of oligo pool-based native pairing antibody libraries. Have fun screening, it's a pool partyyy! :) github.com/nicwulab/oPool…

Excited to share that the oPool⁺ display is on the cover of this week's @ScienceTM! We hope that the future use of this platform can accelerate antibody characterization, benefit therapeutic & vaccine development, and facilitate iterative refinements of antibody AI models.

Don't miss the new issue of #ScienceTranslationalMedicine! A clinical study in Nepal shows that waning immunity to Japanese encephalitis virus can worse the severity of dengue, a new platform leapfrogs laborious obstacles in antibody discovery, and more. scim.ag/3JBJc1Y

Reaching out to senior scientists can feel daunting, but it’s often less intimidating—and more rewarding—than you’d expect. In this @ecrLife article, I share my experience as an early-career researcher and encourage others to take that step too. ecrlife.org/reaching-out-t…

I’m grateful for the unwavering support from my advisor @wchnicholas and everyone from the Wu Lab. It has been an amazing journey so far, and I’m excited for more to come! We envision a near future where antibody binding characterization is fast, simple, and cost-effective. (14/)

oPool+ display also holds promise for promoting future synergy between machine learning models and experimental systems by enabling rapid validation of prediction results at scale. We believe it represents a starting point for the future of high-throughput antibody biology. (13/)

In this latest version of the preprint, we are excited to (re)introduce oPool+ display, a high-throughput cell-free platform that enables rapid synthesis and specificity characterization of natively paired antibodies at an unprecedented scale (1/): biorxiv.org/content/10.110…

@_y1zhou Thanks for following our work, Yi! The "native pairs with mutations" category contained only scFvs with correct heavy-light pairing and point mutations which we believe were introduced due to oligo synthesis defects. Hope this helps!

@WenhaoO Really cool work! Among the assemblies categorized "native pairs with mutations", how many of these are point mutations and how many are fragment recombinations?
