Another one bites the dust. “Coach, I’m NOT going to play football so I can focus on (fill in the sport) year around.” It’s high school. The best time of your life. Play multiple sports. Run for ASB, volunteer at the local food bank, mentor younger classmates, attend youth group, get a part/time job, earn straight A’s. Build that resume and make the most of your high school career. You will thank me later.
