🚨KAROLINE LEAVITT: "The reason banning members of Congress from trading stocks is a thing is because of Nancy Pelosi. She is rightfully criticized because she makes $174k a year yet she has a net worth of $413M.
In 2024, Nancy Pelosi's stock portfolio grew 70% in one year and outperformed every single large hedge fund and doubled even the returns of Warren Buffet's Berkshire Hathaway.
The President stands with the American people on this and doesn't want to see people like Nancy Pelosi enriching themselves off of public service and ripping off their constituents in the process."

It's important to re-stress that all of this censorship that happens in the rest of the world will eventually come to the US.
We have bulwarks like The Constitution, the current admin, even Elon owning X, etc. but the pressure of the entire "global order" is unanimously pointed on the US to censor, max surveil, and control thought. If any of those pieces fail, it's over, and they're all currently being chipped away at mercilessly. Some blue states are already explicitly desiring to follow in these footsteps, this isn't a future thing.
It's important to have a reality check that X is a company that is obligated to adhere to all the laws of the territories in which it operates. It can provide transparency about the actions it's taking, but if the law says they have to do XYZ, they're going to do XYZ. Elon/X will not break the law.
That's why it is SO IMPORTANT that you stay vigilant on all of these little acts, bills, PR campaigns, etc. being pushed in the US to provide a "safer environment for online discourse." These are veiled ways of stripping your freedom, like we see in the UK and Australia. This is also done under the guise of "child safety," which is a real and valid issue which makes it a perfect irreproachable excuse to capture the entire web.
We already see in Australia and the UK a large censorship regime, with the decision of determining what is good or bad being outsourced to "academic groups," aka the elitist propagandists deciding what culture should be. That means that you are at the whim of the tastemakers, and dissent will be met with, well, just look at the UK.
Globally this is all the precursor to a fully integrated AI driven social credit system, which is already in place for a lot of things, but not overtly in your face. As time goes on, it will become more overt.
We're literally in the end game for the internet, especially with AI. If the laws change, the Internet as you know it is fully and completely over.
We're not sure if the trend is reversible, it certainly does not seem that way, and the trend of capturing the internet has never reversed, but its your job to push it off and hold it back as long as you possibly can so you can have the fleeting joy of saying the word "retard" online for as long as possible.

🚨 JUST IN: President Trump sent a STRONG warning to UK PM Keir Starmer after he began a mass censorship campaign, per the Telegraph “STOP THREATENING U.S. tech companies and free speech” Starmer’s UK has been attempting to INTIMIDATE U.S. platforms into censoring their users. Not on Trump’s watch.
