After today’s interagency press conference announcing 15 public healthcare fraud indictments in Minnesota, the below subject who fled when FBI executed today’s raid - Muhammad Omar - has now been arrested. As I’ve been arguing for some time, @realDonaldTrump should immediately use his constitutional power to call them back into session until they finish all necessary legislative business. According to the indictment, a managing assistant US attorney for the Fort Pierce US attorney's office took sealed documents from the Jack Smith case. The Mar-a-Lago hit job Biden ordered to take out Trump. She didn't work directly for Smith, but they were colleagues and allies. She violated the court order. She changed the filenames and emailed them to herself. That shows criminal intent. She knew it, hid it, and did it anyway. The goal was obvious: Leak the files, violate Judge Cannon's order, dump unsubstantiated one-sided attacks on President Trump before he could rebut them. Now she faces well-deserved prosecution.

🚨 This afternoon, a former managing assistant U.S. Attorney who supported Jack Smith’s politicized investigation of President Trump has been charged with stealing the confidential investigation documents. Carmen Lineberger allegedly emailed the confidential material to her own personal email, disguising them as dessert recipes to conceal them from record searches. Lineberger is charged with four felony counts in the indictment. This FBI will not hesitate to bring to account those who violated the trust of the American public in an investigation that should’ve never been brought to begin with.
