Donald Trump cannot stop breaking his promises to the American people. By illegally striking Iran, Trump made a choice—one he did not have to make—that puts American lives and national security at risk while threatening to draw us into yet another expensive, tax-payer funded forever war without Congressional approval. He owes it to the American people he promised he would always put first to immediately come before Congress and attempt to justify how this illegal war will serve their interests. In the meantime, the Senate must immediately vote on Senator Kaine’s War Powers Resolution to block this illegal military campaign.

Lies. China bought $1.4 billion in soybeans from Illinois alone last year. This year, due to Trump's policies, the U.S. is projected its lowest soybean exports to China since 2018—when Trump was also President. Don't let Trump gaslight you. He's always been bad for our farmers.

For the record, the taxpayer-funded emergency money Trump is pulling from is meant to help farmers during natural disasters. Not Trump-made disasters. Trump is using your taxpayer dollars to fix a mess he created after his tariffs nearly put so many farmers out of business. And meanwhile, his tariffs are still inflating your grocery bills. The American people deserve better.

🚨 At least five Palestinian journalists were among 20 people killed in a “double tap” Israeli strike on Nasser Medical Complex — the largest and only functioning hospital in southern Gaza. Those killed include: ▪️Hussam al-Masri (Reuters) ▪️Mohammad Salama (Al Jazeera) ▪️Mariam Abu Daqqa (freelance/AP), ▪️Ahmed Abu Aziz (Quds Network) ▪️Moaz Abu Taha (NBC) Journalists, doctors, and civil defense crews who rushed to treat the wounded and document the bombing were then murdered in the follow-up strike.
