@whirlpoolusa I'm on my second new whirlpool dishwasher in just over a year. Now the second one stopped working and I've never once been able to get with someone from customer service. The only reason I got my first one replaced is because I knew the manager at menards otherwise

That's the scam. The original order service claims was cancelled - but it never was. They cancelled the reorder...I wasn't billed for the reorder, I was billed the original order. @whirlpoolusa service can't understand why no credit. 😫
They promise, refund on the way...
