#BREAKING Sources confirm the suspect wanted for murdering 25 y/o Dayana Garcia in Cleveland, Tennessee—Was a #CBPOne App entrant through San Ysidro, California 8/5/23. 41 y/o Dayren Lopez Roque is from Cuba and was arrested in Zavala County yesterday by deputies after he fled from Tennessee. Sources say Lopez was picked up on February 24th for domestic violence but he wasn’t convicted so no detainer was lodged. His scheduled immigration court hearing was slated for November in Memphis. —- Zavala County release: On Monday September 9, 2024 at approximately 6:45 PM, Deputy #779 was advised by Zavala County SO to be on the lookout for a 2008 Brown Toyota Corolla LE, bearing Tennessee tags, in reference to the driver’s possible involvement in a homicide in Tennessee. Deputy #779 was able to locate this vehicle traveling West bound near the West Wind Ranch on US Highway 57. Deputy #779 did an inquiry check on the license plate with Crystal City communications and was advised the registered owner of the vehicle was showing to be wanted for Homicide. Vehicle proceeded traveling West on US Highway 57 entering La Pryor, Texas, where it turned right on North US Highway 83 and entered the Family Dollar parking lot. Deputy #779 and Deputy #715 activated their emergency lights and initiated a felony traffic stop. The driver, later identified as Dayren Roque Lopez, was given several verbal commands to keep his hands in the air and to step out of the vehicle. Lopez complied and was brought out of the vehicle and placed in hand restraints where he was escorted to Deputy #715 patrol unit. Lopez was transported to the Zavala Jail for booking and further investigation. Vehicle was seized, impounded and dropped off at the Zavala County impound lot for investigation. —- Original release via Cleveland, TN PD: 🚨BREAKING FROM THE CLEVELAND POLICE DEPARTMENT:🚨 On Sunday, September 8, 2024, the Cleveland Police Department responded to 315 Northcrest Circle on a report of a missing person. Investigators were called to the scene and a search warrant for the residence was executed. Investigators searched the residence and located the missing female inside the residence. The female victim, identified Dayana Garcia, 25, was verified deceased. The Cleveland Police Department has deemed this domestic-related incident as a homicide investigation. A first-degree murder warrant has been issued on Dayren Lopez Roque, age 41. The suspect, Lopez Roque, has fled the state of Tennessee, and we are currently working with outside agencies to assist in the apprehension of this individual. —- 📸 via Law enforcement

Cops have been taught that they can abuse their ability to control a traffic stop when “officer safety” concerns arise. To most cops, that means when they perceive disrespect or a challenge to their authority. This is a nationwide problem. Nobody is safe.

INSULT TO INJURY: Colorado's Democrat governor and the local police chief originally denied that Venezuelan gangs had taken over apartment complexes in Aurora, but now they admit that the Tren de Aragua controls at least four properties. Yet, instead of cracking down on these criminal gangs, the city chose to charge a landlord for not maintaining a safe environment for tenants. Adding insult to injury, Aurora police refused the landlord's request to hire off-duty officers, claiming the property was too dangerous. Why are Democrats protecting criminal newcomers while leaving landlords and citizens vulnerable?

CNN—yes CNN—exposes just how far left Kamala Harris is. According to an ACLU questionaire from 2019 Kamala is in favor of decriminalizing illegal immigration, taxpayer funded gender transitions for illegals, defunding ICE, ending ICE detainers, and decriminalizing ALL drugs including heroin, crack, and even fentanyl.
CNN even asked for clarification and Kamala Harris didn't deny any of it.
