The League Management invite all clubs, players, supporters & match officials to observe a minute’s silence before kick-off on Remembrance Sunday, 12th November, in memory of those who have perished in conflicts over the years. “They gave their today for our tomorrow.”

CHALLENGE CUP: The draw for Round 2 of the Syndicate Trust Challenge Cup, made by Andy Livingstone (Changing Room) & Nikki Nye. Details of the date of the ties to be confirmed and will be dependent on the weather and when the outstanding LFA Sunday Trophy games have been played.

@Fat_Baz_Todd It was less, but none the less still correct, although a pitch can still be too wet to play on, as the damage cause by the one game could cause the next 4 to be called off. A sensible call and will benefit all the teams that play on it 👍

@WhittleFC I thought £70k was spent on the village playing field on upgrading the drainage. 🤔
