You don’t need to be smart to understand things. You just need the right explanation.

The hidden reason you procrastinate is not laziness. Research shows it’s actually an emotional problem, not a time problem. When a task makes you feel stress, fear or self-doubt, your brain tries to protect you by avoiding it. That’s why tasks get delayed when they involve: >Fear of failure >Fear of being judged >Feeling overwhelmed >Perfectionism (wanting it to be perfect) >Low confidence or clarity Instead of doing the task, your brain chooses short-term relief like scrolling, watching videos or doing easy work. In simple words: You’re not avoiding the work. You’re avoiding the uncomfortable feeling attached to it. Fix the emotion, and procrastination starts disappearing.

@WatcherGuru For comparison, the current net worth of the world excluding real estate is nearly $200 trillion. $10 trillion would be like owning 5% of the world.

Staying up late is harming your brain more than you think, but people still treat it like a flex. Science shows late-night sleep disrupts your circadian rhythm (ur bodys internal 24-hour clock), spikes stress hormones, weakens memory, kills focus and increases risks of anxiety, weight gain and even heart problems. Your body isn’t designed for this. It’s forced to survive it. And the scariest part is that you won’t notice it in one night. It builds quietly, day by day, until you feel constantly tired, unfocused, and off. But the good part is you can recover from this just by fixing your sleep schedule. It’ll take time, but better late than never.

Nobody talks about what happens after suicide. People think suicide ends their problems. But pause for a second. Why do people even want to die? Because they’re overwhelmed. Too many problems. Too much pain. So they think ending life will end everything. But what actually happens? The problems don’t disappear. They stay. And now your family has to carry: • all the existing problems • plus your death You didn't end the suffering. You multiplied it. And handed it to your family forever. Your absence doesn't bring peace. It breaks people who were already trying to hold themselves together. Suicide is never an option. Never.

The average human lifespan is 74 years. That means the middle age is 37, not 50. Psychologically we think it is 50 but it is not. It is horrible to think about.

The reason a 4th date can never exist is honestly just math the furthest two places on Earth can differ is 48 hours, from UTC-12 to UTC+14. a 48 hour window can only hold 3 dates. to fit a 4th you would need a 72 hour spread, which a 24 hour day simply cant give you. and no, a slower Earth wouldn't help. if rotation slows, the day just gets longer too. the limit stays at 3 no matter what.

Every day, between ~10:00 and 10:59 UTC (or up to ~11:59 UTC in some accounts), three calendar dates exist simultaneously: Example (at 10:30 UTC on May 2): • American Samoa (UTC-11): Still May 1 (late evening). • Most places (e.g., New York UTC-4): May 2. • Kiritimati, Kiribati (UTC+14): Already May 3 (early morning).
