So Logan Paul’s Liquid Marketplace allowed him to sell you % ownership of his assets. If the asset increases in value, he can just buy them back at the original price without your consent as per the terms and conditions. If the asset decreases in value, he won’t buy back the shares at all. So investors had a 0% chance of upside as if there was any profit he’s allowed to just capture it all. Essentially he set up a company to just borrow against his assets at 0% interest with buyers acting as the bank.

Packers have a year 6 QB on a max contract. They traded for Micah Parsons and gave up multiple 1sts and $55M/yr in cap to do it. They talked shit about going 17-0 and meant it before losing stinkers and getting in dog fights with bad teams multiple games this year. This is their all in window, and half the fans want the HC fired. The Bears have a 2nd year QB with a rookie head coach and a bunch of young players in a new system. Their rookie class looks like a massive hit, we have 3 more years of rookie QB contract to work with and in that time Caleb should master Ben’s offense. All the young players are developing chemistry. Green Bay should be dominating the division and firmly in 1st place. They feel entitled to a HOF QB and a Super Bowl run, but they’re underperforming to this point. It pisses them off that it’s Thanksgiving and the Bears are even in the conversation for the division title. They’re gonna cope and try to discredit anything they can. They can sweep us and take the division down the stretch, but they know the clock is ticking and the Bears are coming for the next 5-10 years with the arrow pointing straight up. They’re going to be strapped with cap space and no top 50 picks the next two years. The Bears are the overachievers, the pressure is all on Green Bay.

@CHGO_Bears feel like that’s part of the issue on why we can’t consistantly move the ball though. He’s being too cautious with the football and not trying to turn the ball over that he isn’t making enough plays. I wouldn’t care if he had double the picks he had right now if it meant more tds

However you’ll have paid $210k in combined mortgage payments. Thats 200k of interest you paid the bank. Have to a ell the house for 600k to break even

@GrahamStephan Not really… people buy a house, make a lower payment than a 30yr, sell it in 5-7 yrs, make a profit. No one pays the same mortgage very long. It’s either rent and make no appreciation or get into a home and experience appreciation that would otherwise not be available.

Just want to add to this: it’s mathematically impossible for a 50-year loan to offer the same interest rate as a 30-year loan, unless it’s subsidized by the government or “secretly” baked into the purchase price. Neither scenario is good.

Unsolicited opinion: Bears should start Jake Moody until he gives you a reason not to. Cairo Santos has been good, but he’s 33. Moody is 25 and currently 8/9 in bad weather, plus he has a bigger leg.

194/252 yards came after the catch 2 Turnover-Worthy Plays that easily could've been intercepted 6/15 on throws that travelled more than 5 yards in the air 6 screens accounting for 60 yards. 11/23 otherwise Hopefully this is credible enough

The solution we need to bring to the US for housing: Mortgage Porting It allows you to transfer your mortgage to another house. So all these people sitting at 3% mortgage rates would finally start selling and moving. What do you think?
