@mario4thenorth @RealAndyLeeShow BC Minister of State for Community Safety was former VPD that was training China police through the Justice Institute and is married to a Vancouver city Councilor. x.com/BcMeggster/sta…

Unsatisfied with media coverage of Gaza, Order of Ontario recipient Ahmad Attia of Gestalt Media found “ordinary people in Canada” and taught them “how to cry in front of the camera.”

There’s also much more to this story than there appears. This young man covers China’s interference activities closely. This is a document on his Instagram. I have serious concerns and questions. This one hits close to home for me. I have reached out to him to talk.

A biophysics grad was just detained under BC's Mental Health Act. All based on a psychiatrist's opinion after observing him in a cafe. He looked at him & said “I’m certifying you” THAT’S ALL IT TOOK. No warrant. No on scene evaluation. No psych evaluation. No paperwork shown. No chance to comply voluntarily. Just because a psychiatrist saw him in a cafe. Meanwhile, the same city has a documented drug addicts, where one person, has been apprehended 79 times and is still on the street. The government can grab a credentialed researcher off the road in 20 minutes but it can't keep a chronic offender out of the same intersection for more than a week? What a joke.

@RealAndyLeeShow Check out the video where he went into the office of an MP. And spoke of Chinese interference And a psychiatrist magically observed him at a cafe? 🤔

It’s a start. No corporations should be relying on temporary foreign workers for service jobs when unemployment is as high as it is — especially youth unemployment. theglobeandmail.com/business/artic…

Everyone needs to calm down over this one. There's some important context missing, here. This would generally only happen in Canada if someone has expressed to a psychiatrist that they intend to harm themselves or someone else. If that doctor isn't able to have them detained at the time, they refer it to the police. It sounds like they have been trying to get in contact with him for this reason. They couldn't find him when they went looking for him, so there was most likely a BOLO issued. His plate got picked up and the officer would have had a note to detain him. Without the missing context, though, it's difficult to say, but it seems like this is the most likely scenario. So, no, police aren't just pulling people over and then arbitrarily taking them off to psych wards.
