@permexpat I have been here through the hardest cycles too. Dubai absorbed 2008 and COVID and the response this time is faster. What is hitting hardest: cash flow, logistics, or uncertainty?

I've been in Dubai for most of the last 18 years, I have never thought about leaving Dubai, its my home....this morning I am wondering if I can even survive a few more months of this. A massive situation developing. The US now wants the UAE to seize an island in Iran. They believe it would make more sense if the UAE pulled off a ground invasion of Iran instead of the US. A senior US official who spoke to the Telegraph said the UAE would have a lot to gain if they took over a few islands in Iran. Energy. Oil. Etc. The UAE will make an official decision soon.
