Below is a snippet of what we say is wrong. What is your defence to such incompetence? Was any inspection work done? Was Govt happy to pay the overpriced US$88 million for such incompetence? Given that it cost US$88 million to construct, why are there no clear white lane markings? How do you explain the unconnected bridges? Why are there numerous gaping dead-ends? 3. Why does is it look worse for wear than the 10-year old Umgeni Interchange in Durban (2nd frame) - which is a true engineering marvel that meets global standards and was built for almost half the cost (US$49 million) of this substandard contraption? 4. As a nation, is this the best we can do? We need new leaders.🇿🇼
