Get your air quality tested for mold. Nearly every home inspection firm will do it, ad hoc. Cost a couple hundred bucks.
Living in a moldy house severely impacted my mental health + my kids physical health for a couple years.

@nwilliams030 You know, I've never tried it myself, but I'll say the process I have observed is very simple. Basically just attach sample collector to some machine, collect sample, put in envelope and mail to lab.
