I’m so angry. Sent a return to @Nike via @InPostUK because that was the only option I was given. Nike are refusing a refund because they’ve received something else. Inpost have messed up and I’m out of pocket! What do I do?!

@FitbitSupport used to be really good. Now they’ve been taken over by @madebygoogle they are absolutely shocking. I’ve been a long time customer but I have a feeling that’s about to change.
