@GuliKitDesign The part that messed me up by habit was NOT pressing the Home button to wake up the switch 2 before pairing. I am so used to pressing the power button to wake up. But it works fantastic now after the guide.

We've received some reports from players experiencing issues with the Switch 2 wake-up function on the Elves 2. Make sure to follow the SPECIAL pairing method for Switch 2 wake-up: 1. Set controller to NS mode, turn it on, hold pairing button for 2 seconds, the indicator flashes quickly to start pairing. 2. Set Switch 2 into sleep mode first( black screen), press HOME button on Joy-Con to wake the screen, next enter the controller pairing interface and get paired. (Pairing by regular way without setting Switch 2 into sleep mode first will cause only paired but with no Switch 2 wake-up support.) Please follow the pairing video for reference. (Please make sure to update to latest firmware as well.)

About the issue of the Switch 2 wake-up support. Due to the limitations of the Switch 2 new system protocol, the original Switch Pro controllers and many other third-party controllers can not support Switch 2 wake-up. Also because of the differences in our controller chips and hardwares, it is pity to say our controllers launched before Switch 2 like the KK3 series,KingKong 2 series and also Elves 2 Pro controllers can not add to support Switch 2 wake-up simply through a firmware update. It is very challenging to break through the limitations of Switch 2 regarding wake-up,but we made it. Now we are proud to say Elves 2 is the world first third party controller to support Switch 2 wake-up which our new coming controllers will also support. Stay tuned!
