@TLRailUK This is the message I get when I select load and view in the app for the purchased ticket. I have double checked the smartcard number and it is correct for the ticket.

Hi there, because of the nature of the disruption yesterday, we had to displace some trains in order to maintain a better service and run more trains. Unfortunately this means there are some cancellations this morning. I am sorry to hear of the inconvenience this will cause to your journey. ^Kieran

@TLRailUK Destination is immaterial as it happens for all journeys - starting station is Royston. Yes, is the most recent version. Ticket date is for anytime today (2nd), I first tried to purchase on the 1st, and I use the key.

@TLRailUK your app won't let me buy a weekly ticket for tomorrow - but your website will, for exactly the same journey. I've got my ticket sorted now, but suggest you might have a problem with your app that's worth looking into if it won't let customers buy tickets.

No one will convince me that the government alert to my phone is more effective than a dalmatian getting ready to vom on the landing for getting me up at 5am.

@emmamonkman @ZoeSomebody Ours have beds in three different rooms, as well as human sofas in each of those rooms. And they still squabble about who goes where 😬. These beds were actually their holiday beds that I'd got out to pack into the car. They love their holiday beds 😂

@WinnyWaggles I know, awful awful humans. His dad for doing it to him and me for not protecting him from the nice warm clean water and talc scented shampoo. Given how much seaweed/dead crab/god only knew what he was chomping at the beach, I'm sure he'll get his own back soon though!
