The war has begun. I hope it is a short victorious war. I hope that Iran's leadership is destroyed and replaced somehow without the country unraveling. I hope that Israel isn't hit with a dirty bomb. I hope that there is little loss of life. I hope.

I ask this as respectfully as possible: is this guy deep on the spectrum or someone who battles some other developmental disability? Every clip I’ve seen of him over the decade has been him crying while watching movie trailers for cape-flicks.

@gatorgar I have over 30 hours of my favs on a Spotify list, yet it picks the same 40 songs to play and ignores the vast majority. Fav? "Gentle on My Mind" by Glen Campbell I'm not a country fan but that song gets me.

@Winterscoat @pureMetatron There is one Church (Ephesians 4:4-6). God is not divided (1 Corinthians 1:13). There should not BE different "sects" (1 Corinthians 1:10). "All Scripture is God-breathed" (2 Timothy 3:16) and it's not a good idea to rely on human interpretation (Acts 17:11, 2 Peter 1:20-21)

@fandompulse We're lucky if the MCU shows the skull, much less the deep side of the character. They made Thanos into a farmer wanting material equity, Thor into a gamer bro and The Hulk afraid of coming out. Hollywood doesn't like comic books.

I assume we all are well aware that in 200 years (if we survive) every nation can have nukes. Every non-dystopian science fiction novel and book taking place in the future assumes we'll have nukes or even more deadly weapons. Reading some of that speculative fiction might be a good way to see how things might go.

@RWgorilla The bronze age version of Cyclops was even more understanding than Xavier. Before Jean's death and again during the Secret Wars, he was a peace maker and rallied the X-Men in a way Xavier no longer could. The new edgelord version flips the Scott Summers I loved on his head.

Everytime I see a modern X-man comic, I hate to see what they've done to Cyclops. Basically he's become an edgy version of himself. Once the most optimistic character who carried Xavier's dream and now often proto Magneto.
