@LucyTCWife I blame Starmer 100% for the deaths. His parents should never have been in UK to have him here or maybe ever !!!

“Southport inquiry blames killer’s parents” Quote- The Telegraph. I would put them on a plane and deport them immediately. They are not British, they clearly haven’t integrated and they have blood on their hands. Imagine the parents of the poor girls hearing this. As we all knew it was totally preventable on so many levels. We have been gaslit by the establishment over the worst atrocity of my lifetime. Il say it again they have no business being in this country and are a danger to children.

The Southport Inquiry is damning. Rudakubana was referred to Prevent three times. No action. He was expelled from school for carrying a knife. Months later, he returned to attack a pupil with a hockey stick. No action. He told Childline he wished to murder people. They told the Lancashire County Council and the local Children’s Social Care services. No real action. Years later, he was arrested on a bus for carrying a knife. No action. Sick and violent people should be locked up - not brushed under the carpet due to incompetence, laziness or fear of being labelled racist.

61 countries have cut the tax on fuel to help their citizens. Unfortunately the UK isn't one of them. Because Labour don't care about us.

The Chagos deal is dead and good riddance. It was a strategic blunder from the start by this Labour government and a disaster waiting to happen. Many of us warned the government but they simply refused to listen, now they will have to make another humiliating U-turn. telegraph.co.uk/politics/2026/… Perhaps those close to the government who made very tidy sums promoting this disastrous deal might now consider donating some of those earnings to the Chagossian people whose interests were so often overlooked in the process.

@KemiBadenoch Your party held 11 rounds of negotiations on this deal and the only reason you didn't finalise it was because the country kicked you out of office

If Keir Starmer’s Chagos surrender now finds its rightful place - on the ash heap of history - it will be because Conservatives led the fight against it from day one. That it took so long is another damning indictment of a prime minister, who fought to hand over British sovereign territory and pay £35 billion to use a crucial military base which was already ours. Unlike Labour, we will always put our country first. We are the only party who can be trusted to stand up for Britain’s interests abroad.
Steven Swinford@Steven_Swinford

EXCLUSIVE Sir Keir Starmer has been forced to drop legislation which would cede sovereignty of the Chagos Islands to Mauritius in a further deterioration of relations with Donald Trump The Times has been told that a bill underpinning the controversial deal will not be included in the King's Speech next month after the US president branded it an "act of great stupidity" and withdrew his support The government stands by the deal and will attempt to persuade Trump to change his mind but has acknowledged that it cannot proceed without his backing Ministers are "deeply frustrated" with Trump, who initially supported the deal after extensive discussions between intelligence agencies but changed his mind during a dispute with Nato over plans to seize Greenland The government believes that it puts the future of Diego Garcia, the UK-US base in the islands which has been used during the Iran war, at risk It is concerned that Mauritius will mount a legal challenge granting it access to the waters around Diego Garcia, making it harder for the base to host nuclear submarines and patrol surrounding waters The deal was highly contentious. It would have seen Britain hand over the islands to Mauritius before immediately entering into a 99-year lease for Diego Garcia. The government claimed it would cost £3.5billion, although the Tories disputed this and said it would cost £35billion his over its lifetime. thetimes.com/uk/politics/ar…

Most British media tiptoe around the fact our country is essentially undefended. Starmer ignores the fact he has no clothes and pretends to be a player. Pathetic plonker. Trump and Rubio are right about NATO and UK. They’ve paid trillions of dollars for zip.

I've never used self checkout. Ever. And I never will. Today in Aldi, there was only one person at self checkout and people queuing to use the manned checkouts. When will shops realise the majority of people don't want self checkouts?
