NEWS: Tesla launched its robotaxi service in Miami on Friday, the company's latest self driving city. Some of the Miami vehicles run with no safety driver. Morgan Stanley expects four more metros to follow by year end. Phoenix, Orlando, Tampa and Las Vegas are next on Tesla's preparation list. The bank also flagged robotaxi test vehicles spotted in New Orleans. Morgan Stanley forecasts the fleet at 1,500 robotaxis by the end of 2026. It sees the fleet reaching 30,000 by 2030. Morgan Stanley kept its neutral Equalweight rating and $415 price target. The target sits just below TSLA's price near $418. The stock rose about 6% on the day.
