@realgoodrealhot I could list off 10 trades that have actually happened in the last 5 years that you’d probably say the same thing about.

Two realistic trade-ups centered around Ron Holland and the 21st pick that would send Yaxel Lendeborg to Detroit. 👀 1. Trade up with the Mavericks. Pistons receive: Klay Thompson, 2026 9th pick Mavs receive: Ron Holland, $8.7 million trade exception (Schroder TPE), 2026 21st pick, 2028 protected 1st round pick. - Pistons sending two 1sts may seem like a lot in these deals, but both are likely in the 20s. Sending out a protected future 1st is necessary if you think Yaxel is a missing piece to this core reaching the finals. Adding an aging HOF shooter helps with shooting woes. Yaxel ideally fits the roster much better than Ron and gives Tobias insurance. - Mavericks prioritize athleticism/defense with a young upside prospect with Flagg. Plus they add an additional 1st rounder and relieve around 8 million in cap space sending out Klay. Would they really find a better prospect than Ron Holland at 9 while also passing up the chance to add another first-round pick? 2. Trade up with the Bucks. Pistons receive: AJ Green, 2026 10th pick Bucks receive: Ron Holland, Marcus Sasser, 21st pick, and 2028 protected 1st round pick. - Pistons take advantage of a pending rebuild, add a much needed sniper for Cade to go along with Yax's immediate fit. Huge needs being filled – shooting, PF depth and better fitting roster. - Bucks land a 21 year old, former #5 pick to continue to develop. They desperately need draft capital and obtaining extra 1st rounders that doesn't include a Giannis trade should be a goal for Milwaukee.

My ideal offseason for Pistons - Sign Duren & extend Ausar, both at $35M/year range - Trade up from 21 and draft Yaxel as your starting PF - If you don’t trade up, select Ebuka Okorie or Isiah Evans - Trade for Kyrie Irving - Sign Norman Powell

🚨 ONLY 10% OF AMERICANS ARE NOW KEEPING THE ENTIRE US ECONOMY FROM CRASHING. 28 million people are driving 49% of everything Americans spend. The other 221 million account for just 37%. This is the highest concentration of consumer spending ever recorded in US history. Every 1% rise in the stock market increases consumer spending by 0.05%. Markets are up double digits this year. The entire consumer economy is now a direct function of where the S&P 500 closes every day. The bottom 80% have nothing left to contribute. National household debt just crossed $18 trillion. Credit card balances hit a record $1.2 trillion as lower income households borrow just to cover basic expenses against prices that are 25% higher than 2020. Deloitte projects that a 10% stock market correction would cause real consumer spending growth to fall to just 0.2% in 2027 and drop 1% in 2028. The 28 million people keeping this economy running are fully invested in the stock market. The US economy has never been this dependent on this few people. And those people have never been this dependent on the stock market.

Under Trump, the highest income Americans are getting wealthier and spending more. The bottom 80% are seeing their wealth eroded by inflation, forcing them to cut back drastically. My @Morning_Joe Chart

@dk13_chrisdano @WolverineRoar @BBGreatMoments All those players were better than him in the World Series. He was brutal in all but the last one minus a McMichael homer in Atlanta. Dude crushed crappy divisional series teams though I will give him that. In the clutch in the WS he did basically zero.
