If 5% of the world's 15 million Jews are extremists, that's about 750,000 people.
If 5% of the world's 2 billion Muslims are extremists, that's about 100 MILLION people, seven times the number of Jews in the world.
And that's if we ignore the undeniable truth that a far greater proportion of the world's Muslims are extremists than among Jews. It is very likely a substantial majority.
