On the subject of PA, massive shout out for @data_farming with their impressive prescription software platform. In 5 minutes from a cold start I had VRT reglone maps for dessicating the less ripe patches in our canola. Why spend time & $$$ spraying the ⅔ that is already dry?

@S_M_Bowman Could a new system involve moving the grain on massive conveyor belts, like they do with bauxite from mines to the coast/port?? Can the current system handle anymore growth! New port Gero to take double capacity (half Kwinana north) make it a part of green energy development…

What if we, as an industry, take a summer off carting lime and instead cart grain to port for a month Get payed good rates so the trucking is worth it anyway but the real value created by getting more shipping slots open and creating competition for our grain Is that a thing?

Crop grazing done for the year, steers doing 1.9kg a day on Illabo. Onto ryegrass for finishing now.

@mottagwa Question, what is the average fill time? If you can fill a 36m in less than 10m with 6 different products, is that a better investment? More time spraying…. Same same

@rodmess Yep, very happy with the job it’s doing, surprised with the amount of clay it’s moving through the profile. Seed and Fertiliser going down, was considering liquid as well but became a bit hard!
