From our earliest days, Black history has always been American history – and Black folks have profoundly shaped our American culture through music, art, literature, sports, and beyond. Not supporting faculty affects families #HigherEd

@JustinTrudeau With no transportation system connecting our towns and cities, women in Nova Scotia rely on a volunteer network for rides to access abortion services. This is yet another example of systemic sexism in healthcare. Accessing basic health services should not feel illicit.

We’re pro-choice. We believe if a woman chooses to get an abortion, accessing one should be simple. So, we’ve launched a website with information about abortion: different types, how they’re funded, and where to get one near you. canada.ca/en/public-heal…

@The_Real_Stien @AnitaKirkbride The reason they left together was likely because the woman was embarrassed and didn't want a scene to ensue. Do you think? Women, it's not you making the scene. Don't contain it. And by goodness, do not leave with him.

@AnitaKirkbride I've seen similar, but they left the building together and at that point my hands were tied. I hope it worked out in the end.
