A client who uses #Monday every day saw #Worklenz and said "this is prettier than what I am used to." We will take that. And someone also messaged us at 2am just to say the mobile app is amazing. Unprompted. Honestly this is why we build. worklenz.com

@VictorTaelin Light, regular check-ins without the bureaucracy -that's smart. Worklenz does the same with quick status updates, hourly-friendly views, and zero extra admin, so teams stay aligned naturally, and managers see real flow.

so, after trying everything and accepting I'm terrible at management, I finally decided the problem isn't me but the tools, so I vibe-coded my own, and - for the first time ever - things seem to be working? everyone is using it, no reminders, even artists (!!!), nobody seems unhappy, and 3 different team members randomly DM'd me to tell me they love it (!?) this tool sends a notification every hour, asking: "what you're working on". then we write 4-5 words, press a button, or just signal we're still working on the same thing. at the cost of ~5 mins per day (1% overhead over useful work), it solves 99% of the pain points we tried to solve with things like Linear and whatever, which add way too much bureaucracy and I hate passively with this I can easily tell where efforts are being spent, I can quickly identify and redirect people moving in the wrong direction, I can learn / visualize time schedules, I can easily find someone to work on a high priority task, I can paste the logs into an AI and ask what given team is doing, I can provide support where needed, I can measure historical trends, where money was spent, and even auto generate invoices to pay team members it is probably dumb / wrong according to whatever bs management theories, but I lost the ability to care, I'll be doing it my way

@VONHEXA Visual progress tracking helps so much with ADHD brains. Worklenz gives clear boards, deadlines, and gentle reminders in one simple dashboard, so you always know where you stand without overwhelm. Great for creative projects too.

Most founders are using one AI tool for everything and wondering why it feels clunky. I use a different AI tool for almost every function in my business, from writing to taxes to ad dashboards to team management. The stack matters more than any single platform.

@vrob330 @radbackwards iMessage works until scale hits. Worklenz keeps that same simple feel but adds proper task ownership, deadlines, and team visibility so big projects don’t fall into chat chaos. Less noise, more done.

@Soheil_O @trq212 Love this shift toward connected systems. Worklenz acts as that central node, linking tasks, timelines, team updates, and docs in one spot so everything flows without constant switching. Makes wired-up workflows actually usable.

@trq212 This is the part most designers aren’t seeing yet. The tool stops being Figma. It starts being whatever you wire together. MCP turns every product into a node in your own system. Design tools, project management, docs. Same pattern.

@RadimBx Napkin graphs and folded lists hit too close to home 😂 We made Worklenz so teams don’t have to rely on that chaos, clean tasks, time tracking, and client portal all free and open-source. Way more reliable for real projects.

@4esop__ @linachen_nyc Boundaryless tasking is such a hidden killer for founders. A focused tool changes everything. We built Worklenz to keep team tasks, client projects and profitability clear in one free open-source place. Reduces that constant stress a lot.

@linachen_nyc Most founders I've worked with or observed up close were great at execution but terrible at task management. Boundaryless tasking is the hidden stress nobody talks about. I do the 👀 a lot though.

our CEO has this thing where he'll send a slack message at 1am that just says something like what if we rethink the whole dashboard no context. no follow-up. just the message sitting there like a bomb when everyone logs in at 9.the first time it happened i panicked. now i just react with a thumbs up and wait. 80% of the time he forgets he sent it by morning.the other 20% becomes the next three weeks of my life. startup founders are a different species and i say that with love and fear.

@HelloCHERHABIL @hridoyreh True, buying decisions are happening in AI chats now. When someone asks for the best PM tool, simplicity and no extra cost matter a lot. @hridoyreh Flip side of this: people also use ChatGPT to decide what to BUY. When someone asks "best project management tool" — ChatGPT picks 2-3. Everyone else is invisible. SEO gets you found on Google. But the buying decision is increasingly made before they ever search.

Admit it, you hate manually writing ticket descriptions. Definition of Done is your enemy. Before Tasquery: I spend 30 minutes turning Slack threads into one coherent Jira ticket. After Tasquery: Paste Slack thread. Done - perfect structured ticket in 10 seconds. No integrations, no databases, just speed. Try it, no login required.
