1/As #WorkersMemorialWeek begins, @NationalCOSH released its 2026 “#DirtyDozen” report: - 1 worker dies every 104 minutes on the job in the U.S. - Safety enforcement is falling (penalties ↓ ~47%), while workers still face heat, toxic exposure, dangerous machinery & retaliation.

America’s unions celebrate the life and legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. and his fight for justice and equality. The civil rights and labor movements have long worked together, and we honor that bond by continuing Dr. King’s work and mobilize for a better future for all.

An immigrant doesn’t stand between you and a good job. A billionaire does.

Apple is anti-union. Tesla is anti-union. Amazon is anti-union. McDonald's is anti-union. Starbucks is anti-union. Google is anti-union. Walmart is anti-union. These mega-corporations aren’t on workers’ side and their actions make it painfully clear.
