@Worldcourier we are waiting for a response since a shipment was picked up Dec 18 for Dec 20 delivery, then returned to us on Dec 22 after we learned you were unable to put it on a flight. No evidence that dry ice is was changed >1x, and no response. Are our samples destroyed?
