Family and Friends- Please say prayer for my Dad. He is set to go into surgery in a few minutes. He will be having an Axillofemoral bypass done. He has been in the hospital since December 31st and hopefully this will help him. Thank you so much for the prayers!

How to do High/Set Low Rep lifts in the team setting. These are the 1st 8 weeks of what our Oline/Dline did this winter. All of these workouts take between 50-70mins. We train with 5 guys to a rack.
