The same execution logic applied to nuclear infrastructure and terror command networks in the Iranian file has already been executed, including actions against Hamas operatives in Qatar and operations across multiple theatres. It is now applied to the Turkish one. Akkuyu is not an energy asset. It is a structural vulnerability inside alliance space. A system that can be constrained, degraded and, if thresholds are crossed, addressed accordingly. Article 5 does not alter that. It is a consensus judgment.
