@die_no_mite55 @CrashDunning @btbamofficial I’m saying being a dick isn’t the legal reason they kicked him out. In every interview, studio update and so on, they’re all getting along fine. Paul even said at a live show how much he respects Dustie for coming on tour with an injured back.

Dustie was never charged, the allegations were false and Tommy and Paul obviously just want to use this as an excuse to get rid of him.

Dusty specifically said this in the statement from his lawyer he released online that gives multiple other equally unlikely reasons. It sounds like they just thought he was a dick and wanted him out
