@MorseCell Yes. Absolutely! :) Actually, the name of the paper was originally “What is a meaningful representation of protein sequences?”, originating as a poster at the first LMRL as a bit of a pun on the name of the workshop :) …but then the editors at Nat Com insisted we change it.
