I’m really starting to love what I’m seeing on the $NOW weekly chart as a potential “Software Summer” campaign continues setting up here.
There is a beautiful bullish divergence developing on the weekly RSI, while price has technically established a higher timeframe higher low in the process.
To me, this is shaping up for a sizable mean reversion bounce back toward the top of the weekly cloud around $145 over the coming months if momentum in software continues building.

There are similarities between him and Serenity they both are AI researchers and they both invest in AI stocks
I think Serenity is using two faces, one for retail and one for his fund.

Listen to me. This is your FINAL warning.
This is what will happen. The next cycle is May 25th - June 5th.
1. Trim your winners. Don't sell fully. Take minimum ~20% of your profits and rotate into defense. Or hedge with oil stocks, gold, cash, or puts.
2. AI will keep going up in the future, we're still very early. But $SPY will START its dip of -5% to -10%.
3. This will turn into -20% - 50% dip on high volatility stocks.
Why will this happen?
1. It's a natural "breather" before we go up again (3 months of rest). We're too HOT.
2. No more earnings catalyst - we will have a period of LIMBO from June to August.
3. S&P 500 is stretched 15% away from its moving average. This is historically the time to trim.
Future forecast?
1. Buy the BIG dip. Markets are still bullish and will continue to go up.
What to do?
1. Balanced with AI, international exposure (Japan, Brazil, etc.), precious metals/miners (gold and silver miners), stable compounder companies, cash, and puts.
Follow my every move or else you'll lose everything. I've already started to rotate, and I will more.

Looking at the price action I’d imagine $IREN have tapped into the ATM today and taken some of the remaining $5B off the table
With a high of $66.37 and a low of $57.91 we’ve now closed at $60 after a humongous week for the company
Volume traded today has been up at 100M more than double the average volume of 39.91M
It wouldn’t surprise me if they’ve managed to raise around $1B today
Getting this $6B ATM out of the way quickly will be great as it is clearly dragging the stock price down

Since April 30, 2026 $IREN has issued 24,734,805 Ordinary shares under the new prospectus supplement at varying prices generating an aggregate of approximately $1,063,505,000 Since April 30, 2026 the stock has risen from $43.25 all the way to $62.23 representing a 43% increase all whilst over $1B worth of new shares have been issued Since then Mirantis & the Nostrum Group have been acquired, as well as that they’ve announced expansions into Australia and Europe The 1.4GW at Sweetwater still sits without a tenant but I expect a deal to be progressing with a potential buyer (Open AI or Anthropic IMO) There is still $4,936,495,000 still to be pulled from the initial $6B ATM 🏧

I do not expect $IREN to beat expectations and definitely don’t expect them to announce a deal today.
That does not mean i am not bullish. Just realistic. Goal is still to accumulate as many shares as possible.

A lot of PTSD out there about the euphoria going into the last earnings call, which didn’t materialize how many had hoped. Although, I thought it was a solid fundamental update the market punished them for the earnings miss (meh) and the lack of a new hyperscaler deal (also meh)
I think it’s also important to remember the context of what happened in the week leading up to the last earnings call.
-Gold/Silver shed trillions of dollars of market cap in a single trading session
-Within a day the market had flipped from euphoric in January to an absolute bloodbath on tech and high beta stocks. $AMD down 14% on a double beat and raise. IREN was down 30% that week *before* the call. Bitcoin absolutely shit the bed and made a (so far) cycle low.
-War mysteriously broke out a few weeks later (totally unrelated…I’m sure)
Point is, we’re about 180 degrees out from that setup if it provides any reassurance at all.

Then the stock proceeded to fall 50% from no deal.
