@TheSebasHidalgo Plot twist, the book is:
“Are you Ford or Ferrari?”

A great script has either:
1] Content that is new and unique
2] Or content that “seems” new and unique
And if you’re in a competitive niche…
Option 2 is far more important.
Let me explain why…
Part 1: Our Brains Are Information Seeking
—————
We are programmed to hunt for new information…
Because it’s a survival mechanism.
So if your main talking points aren’t new…
The brain goes “errnt” heard that before and moves on.
But there’s another problem.
If you’re in a competitive niche…
It’s not always easy to find new information.
So what’s the solution?
You have to learn how to take old information…
And make it new and exciting to your audience.
Luckily it’s not that difficult…
If you know how to change…
Part 2: The Unique Mechanism
—————
A unique mechanism is the ‘thing’…
That delivers the promise to your audience.
For example:
Let’s say my video is about…
How to lose stubborn belly fat.
The “mechanism” is what will help my audience lose belly fat.
It could be things like…
- A diet
- A cook book
- A piece of technology
- The “anti-cardio” routine
You get the point.
So to make your content new and exciting…
All you have to do, is give your promise a NEW mechanism.
That’s great, but…
Part 3: How Do You Create New Mechanisms?
—————
You simply identify the “promise” of your video…
(Lose Stubborn Belly Fat)
Then you find the most common mechanisms…
(Keto, cardio, carnivore)
Then, you either find a new method to achieve the promise…
Or you re-name an existing solution.
For example:
Instead of calling it the Keto diet…
You could call it the “Belly Fat Diet”.
This re-engages the “information seeking” part of the brain…
By simply re-packaging and old idea and making it sound new.
In Summary
—————
You MUST make your scripts seem new…
Or your audience will get bored and bounce.
It’s that simple.
Hope that helps.
Peace.

I probably have like 3 or 5 landing page like these built by now.
Haven't decided which one to go on my bio here yet...
I'm actually here to learn marketing and focus...
Hope I made up my mind by 2024! 😅

@WriteWithDavide Old marketeers create products to sell for an audience.
The top new ones focus on building an audience first.

@WriteyTidy That’s why I left my country.
It’s a love and hate relationship.

@V2Christina I like that point of view Christina!
Gotta say tho, sometimes I don’t feel necessarily inspired, and that’s when discipline kicks in.

@WriteWithDavide Self-discipline works, but it's so much better to be excited about what you're doing and use inspired action instead.
