Business platitudes are so easy to dismiss. Literally everything has already been said. Especially here on X where everyone is a "business expert". You've been saying the same rendition for years. It doesn't prove your competence, it reveals your lack of growth + creativity.

I’m sick of crypto dictating the flow of my life. In the past 90 days I’ve built 4 new streams of income. I read Man’s Search For Meaning, The Surrender Experiment, Psycho-Cybernetics and started a daily visualization practice. I’m down 10% body fat. I stopped having sex with people I don’t care about despite getting more female attention than ever. I finalized my UK citizenship and received a second passport. I study Spanish with intention every single day. I set a hard deadline to move out of the US and booked a 2-week trip to scope out my front-runner destination. 𝐈 𝐦𝐚𝐤𝐞 𝐩𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐬 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐦𝐲𝐬𝐞𝐥𝐟 𝐧𝐨𝐰, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐈 𝐤𝐞𝐞𝐩 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐦. The market cannot control me. My crypto money will help propel me towards my goals... But I’m much more focused on CREATING my future, rather than just hoping for the best.

My life has completely transformed in the last year I'm living a life I only dreamt of 365 days ago Let's rewind to the last week of June 2023 I would wake up at 5 am Drive to the local coffee shop To be their first customer of the day Why? A girl who worked there Not just any girl... But the most beautiful and intriguing girl I had ever laid my eyes on. I didn't know her name. I don't know anything about her. But I wanted to more than anything in the world. She was never at the register to take my order... She would hide in the back making drinks. Which I appreciated because she made the best coffee I had ever drank. I would order my coffee, try to catch a peak of her, and hope she would look my way. I'd sit with my laptop and write for 30 minutes. Sipping her heavenly coffee until it was time to go to my day job. One day When the timing was right And I managed to find the courage To ask her name and maybe get a moment with her Fast-Forward to today. I wake up at 5 am Look to my right And that same beautiful girl lying next to me in bed. She's my wife The love of my life I'm filled with a joy and appreciation I could never fully articulate. It's like winning the lottery times infinity. But better. I take a show and sit down to write She gets out of bed to make me a coffee Brings it to me and kisses me on the cheek Then stumbles back to bed to sleep some more. I finish up my writing for the morning and go back to bed to give her a kiss goodbye. She cracks the sweetest smile you could imagine and always says: "Bi chamd kharitai" "I love you" in Mongolian. In 1 short year my story has become a love story. About how this Cult-Surviving Feral Hippy Child... found his Mongolian Princess his partner his beloved You never know what life has in store for you. But if you're open to a miracle... it might be waiting for you in a coffee shop.

On a recent girl’s trip to Charlotte, S.C., my mom & I booked a photographer for an hour. It was so fun! If you still have your mama in your life, consider doing something fun together that will create special memories.

Sometimes you have to take a random day off work… Drive to a beautiful place With your sweetheart Get a hotel Enjoy life That’s what my girlfriend and I did yesterday… It was magical The spontaneous nature of going on an adventure in the middle of the week… Infuses every moment with memories and meaning. We stayed one night in a hotel on the beach. Slept in late… The music of the waves crashing against the shore and smell of the salty Pacific Ocean was too sweet to leave. We went to the Monterey Bay Aquarium to marvel at the jellyfish and giant tanks of fish, sharks, and stingrays. We drove to Carmel by the Sea for a late lunch. And walk down to the beach. My girl kept saying: “This place feels like a fairytale.” We finished the day driving along Highway 1… One of the most breathtaking drives in the world. The contrast between the deep rich hills green that sharping dropped off in the vast blue Ocean… Is a beauty I could never do justice with words. We pulled over near Pebble Beach to watch the sunset into the Ocean. Holding each other. Whispering to one another how grateful we are for this life. Drove home in the dark, listening to Bob Marley and talking about our future plans. I’m back at work today. A little tired. But infused with excitement enthusiasm for this beautiful relationship I find myself in… And for rediscovering the hidden magic and beauty that has been all around me… But I had been too busy to notice. Wherever you are today… I hope you can take a moment to notice the magic and beauty yourself 🫶🏻

I lost good friends to COVID. Not because they got sick. Because I was consistently shamed for not wanting to inject experimental substances into myself... To treat a virus which was killing nobody. “Selfish” “Anti-v4xxer” “Conspiracy theorist” They hurled all the labels MSM armed them with. 𝗕𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝘄𝗮𝘀𝗵𝗲𝗱 𝘄𝗮𝘀 𝗮𝗻 𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁. These people were literally rushing their infant children to get vaccinated and boosted the moment it was available in their area. And not only did they endanger themselves and their families... They did the dirty work of the government and corrupt health organizations by enforcing COVID propaganda on other innocent citizens. Shameful at best, evil at worst. Ironically, many of them still got the virus after getting the jab and multiple boosters. I've never gotten sick. This week, the CDC officially put COVID in the same class as the flu... 𝗪𝗵𝗶𝗰𝗵 𝗶𝘀 𝗷𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝗮𝘀 𝗳𝘂𝗰𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗮𝘀 𝗶𝘁 𝗶𝘀 𝗼𝗯𝘃𝗶𝗼𝘂𝘀. Almost as if we've been saying it for years. But I won't be reaching out to these old friends to discuss this new update. A) Because it's petty, and B) I already know they'll be armed with some cope response they were fed by an article, news report, or one of their liberal friends. I have no energy for their cognitive dissonance. I'm happy eating healthy, moving my body, lifting weights, getting sunlight, and spending time with people who enjoy thinking critically. All while enjoying my pure blood. 🩸

This might sound creepy but I love delving into people's thoughts. Understanding how people think is my go-to method for getting to know them and for client work, it's essential for building a clear foundation for their content strategy. In addition to picking their brains, I also suggest these 7 easy exercises to draw out experiences that are already in their arsenal: ↓ ↓ ↓ 1. Reflective journaling • Write down your thoughts, feelings, and experiences daily, and refer to them for content inspiration. → Use this as a memory-jogging tool and a source of inspiration for noteworthy moments, emotions, and insights to craft content. 2. Timeline mapping • Create a timeline of your life's pivotal moments, adding dates, locations, and emotional context for more impactful content and storytelling. → This helps identify pivotal moments in your life, tapping into shared human experiences that easily resonate with others. 3. Daily + on-the-fly capture • Commit to capturing one memorable moment per day while also recording any spontaneous thoughts, ideas or memories as they arise. → Recording memorable moments and spontaneous thoughts and ideas quickly adds to your content repertoire. 4. Stream of consciousness • Begin with a 5–10 minute timer. Choose any item in the room as your starting point to trigger your initial thought or simply use the first thought that comes to mind. Write down your unfiltered thoughts as they pop up. → This approach is valued for its ability to unlock creativity and mental blocks, reveal genuine insights and access your subconscious. 5. Interview • Conduct a structured interview with yourself or someone else to delve into personal experiences and stories. → This technique lends to clarity and organization of thoughts, facilitating a deeper understanding and articulation of your experiences and narrative. 6. Emotional cataloging • Make a list of emotions you’ve felt deeply, then think of the events or moments tied to those feelings. → These narratives not only evoke a strong connection and resonance with your audience they also showcase your humanity and the diverse facets of your journey; benchmarks for relatable human experience. 7. Target audience touchpoints • Use your target audience's touchpoints to evoke personal experiences. (their problems, fears, aspirations and desires) Read through each touchpoint to trigger personal memories related to each one. Record as many as you can. → This guarantees your content/stories strike a chord with your audience, fostering connection. Create a list to collect your ideas to turn them into content. Goodbye, writer's block + hello treasure trove of content inspiration. . . . Let me know if you use any of these methods for idea generation and which one you find most useful. If you have any questions, ask them in the comments.

@WriteyTidy Love this! Yeah it’s always super interesting to me to see people who’ve “made it” drift toward curiosity and creativity. After all the accomplishments, awards, and success, what we REALLY care about is the freedom to chase our curiosities.
