We’ll rank Bruin Agbayani as the No. 22 prospect in the Mets system. Coming off shoulder surgery but was making a ton of in-zone contact at Single-A in his first full season before the injury.
Billy Amick won’t make the NYM Top 30. Contact concerns at Double-A are too big.

This trade is a win for the Mets and don’t let anyone tell you otherwise. Landing two prospects in the Twins top 30 is very solid. Twins have a top 5 farm system in baseball. Getting that return for two months of a very good but not elite RP makes this a great deal.

Spoke with some folks around the league about the Mets return for AJ Minter. Overall feel is the return was fair. Neither player is on a high-flying track, both with their own individual issues. Both have intriguing traits, though. Kinda what you get for 0.5 seasons of Minter.

I know this is a sarcastic tweet but people complaining the Mets let Hefner walk are funny because pitching hasn’t been the issue this year at all compared to last.
Willard has been a fine pitching coach. We have the 15th best ERA in MLB and would be a lot better if Senga wasn’t employed by the Mets and Peralta had pitched to his career ERA
