CW: loss I thought I was going to have the best news to share. I’ve been pregnant for the last 9wks and we had our first ultrasound Thursday. I thought Id come out with a picture to announce our good news with. The ultrasound showed me my baby, my tiny little jellybean, but there was no heartbeat. I most likely lost the baby 3wks ago. What a cruel trick my body has played on me. Making me believe, worse feel pregnant, with all the symptoms that entails. Making me think Ive been nurturing a life that is not there. Now the baby is still in there, a lifeless jellybean stuck inside my womb. I can’t stop thinking about that. And every day I wake still feeling pregnant. Ravenous, but there’s nothing to nourish. Exhausted, but there’s nothing that’s growing. I’m not sharing this for likes or sympathy and please don’t be offended if I don’t reply to comments. I’m sharing this because I know I’m not the only mother to have gone through this. And if you have been through this unique form of torture too,maybe you’ll see this and feel less alone 🖤

I will state up front, this is a trans woman. Her name is Hunter Schafer. And the GC crowd is adamant that she should use the male bathroom. They would also say that they could totally tell that she was trans, I doubt it, but that’s what they say. If Hunter walked up to any one of them on the street, they are going to 100% refer the her as her. Because she fits their mental image of femininity. They wouldn’t question it for a second.
