Hey, @WyzeCam , is this email real or a scam? "Hi unknown" comes off as a scam. And the Play Store version appears to be newer. It's always wise to be careful about links in suspicious emails.

@WyzeCam Why don’t you stop posting these ridiculous videos and address the issues that many many camera owners are having with wise cameras. They do not work and haven’t worked in over a week since the last outage. We have to replace them with another brand tonight.

@WyzeCam About 3 weeks ago there started to be a 12 second delay from clicking on the camera to when it actually goes from static image to live feed... W... T... A... F... is going on? About to invest in a different companies cameras... These are becoming useless to me.

It’s not wise to use cams from @WyzeCam! Last draw. All you get is this screen. Tell you to continuously unplug cams and restart. Can’t spy on the kids (dogs) while I’m away. Time to switch to @ring or something.
