Snatch doesn’t fully understand general casino affiliate terminology, which is fair because most streamers don’t.
The key issue here is negative carryover, and the fact it was seemingly applied to a streamer deal.
1. Negative carryover
If players beat the casino in April and generate negative NGR, that negative balance rolls into May. Before the affiliate earns again, future profits first recover the previous losses.
This is standard for traditional affiliates running websites, SEO, paid traffic, comparison portals, and long term acquisition funnels.
In those cases, affiliates are performance marketers. They send traffic and are paid according to how profitable that traffic is over time.
2. Why this creates drama in streamer deals
Streamer deals usually work differently.
A streamer is live every day, creates content, promotes the brand continuously, entertains the audience, and puts their reputation behind the casino whether players win or lose.
Because of that, streamer agreements often include fixed fees, raw deals, or hybrid structures that account for constant exposure and content production.
That is why the controversy here isn’t negative carryover itself.
The controversy is applying a traditional affiliate mechanic to a streamer compensation structure.
Personally, I don’t know many established streamers who would knowingly accept a deal where player variance can effectively reduce or offset their compensation.
And if this was part of the deal, it should have been crystal clear from day one.

Here we go — another drama unfolding. Today’s story involves @Drunk_ , the Head of Marketing at Winna. From the first day I met him in person until now, I’ve come to the conclusion that he’s nothing more than a skilled actor and manipulator. This is the guy Winna hired with zero actual marketing or management experience. When he first offered me this deal, on top of the weekly payments, leaderboard split and a lot more promises that were never fulfilled, he also offered me a revshare percentage deal. I’ll be honest, I wasn’t entirely familiar with the term, so I asked him for clarification. He explained that I would receive a percentage of the total losses from my players at the end of every month. That was the ONLY explanation he gave me, and of course, I accepted. Now tell me why, after just two months of this partnership, he suddenly decides to terminate it and claims that I owe THEM the revshare percentage because my players got lucky, beat the house edge, and actually profited on a casino. (see picture) When I pointed out that this was never explained or agreed upon in our deal, he doubled down and insisted that this is a “very standard and basic” arrangement between casinos and streamers, and that “everyone knows about this already.” (see picture) Funny thing is and what made it really suspicious is that as soon as I threatened to go public, he immediately chickened out and said he would pay whatever is needed. My guess is he probably tried to scam me and pocket the money himself without Winna knowing. This guy can't be trusted. Overall, it was a horrible experience with him. I was getting paid $8,750 a week by Winna while depositing $5-10k every single day. I was literally getting verbally abused by this guy in my chat for cashing out more than I get paid in a week — well no fucking shit, I deposit way more than I’m supposed to. The constant whining whenever I was winning, threats to drop me if I didn’t purposely lose money on stream, nonstop complaining about my players getting lucky and always putting the blame on me, leaderboard delays, and him never being active when needed — it was all extremely exhausting. I won’t lie, personally I’ve never really had any major issues with the site itself. I’m sure Winna can do better by hiring more capable people with actual marketing skills. This guy clearly doesn’t know what he’s doing. @Winna, you can do better.

DUEL 100% RTP CASTLE ROULETTE AUDITED

Back in December I started recording every single Castle Roulette spin into my own database. Originally just to power the live stats page on rawcrew. Polled every 8 seconds, kept it running.
Five months later I looked up and I had 318,981 rounds sitting there.
At some point I realized this was not just a stats feed. It was an audit waiting to happen.
I told Duel what I was doing. @Dollartree_1 sent me 400,000 rounds straight from their backend. Raw, no filter, no cherry pick.
I crossed both datasets. Same game, same period, two completely separate sources.
What I found:
Out of 318,458 comparable rounds, 318,414 matched perfectly. That is a 99.99% match rate between two independent sources.
Every bet type sits at or very near the expected 100% RTP. 2x at 100.17% on my side, 100.12% on theirs. 4x at 100.04% on both. 8x at 100.04% on both. 16x at 99.29% / 99.40%. 24x at 99.49% / 99.57%. 48x at 98.46% / 98.99%.
Now if you saw those last three lines and thought "hold on, those are below 100%, something is off," that is a fair reaction. I want to address it directly because it is the first thing a careful reader notices.
Here is why those numbers look like that. Castle Roulette has 48 positions on the wheel. The 48x multiplier sits on exactly 1 of those 48. So in 318,000 rounds it is only expected to hit around 6,600 times. The 24x sits on 2 slots, the 16x on 3. Rare events on a small sample swing more, that is just how variance works. The lower the hit rate, the wider the natural spread around 100%, even when nothing is wrong with the game.
If the sample was 10 million rounds those numbers would tighten right back to 100%. With a few hundred thousand they wobble a bit. That wobble is expected, not suspicious.
The statistical tests confirm it. Chi-squared goodness of fit at 2.63, well below the 11.07 threshold. P-value of 0.76. A perfectly fair game would produce this much variation or more 76% of the time. It passes easily.
Runs test for randomness: 200,722 runs, inside the expected band. Passes.
Repeat analysis across all six multipliers came back inside expected bounds. No clustering, no manipulation.
The wheel mechanic itself is textbook provably fair. Server seed committed before the round, drand beacon as external randomness neither side controls, HMAC-SHA256 to combine them. Anyone can replay any round and verify it. 0% house edge confirmed.
Now the part that matters most. I am not a research firm. I am one guy pulling data and doing my best to read it honestly using lots of AI. I could have made mistakes.
That is exactly why I am sharing both raw datasets, mine and Duel's. Link in the comments. Download them, open them up, run your own numbers. If I got something wrong I want to know.
