You can also simply use package.json to define most of your scripts/actions, and in your agents.md or skills just call those whenever possible, instead of defining LOGIC within your skills.

STOP adding SKILLS to your projects. Add SCRIPTS instead, and a single RUN skill that decides which script to run. You only need SKILLS if the content itself that you want to create is AI generated, or the parameters should be detected from natural language. Hard-code/automate via SCRIPTS as much as you can. This saves A TON of time and tokens in the long-run, and makes the project more portable and development more determnistic.
