As soon as I saw the previous movie ended with tracksuit ninjas I knew I did not need to see the sequel no thanks. 28 years laters trailers were deceptive as hell. Made me think I was gonna get this intense zombie horror and it was NOT even close to that Hate when they do that no thanks

Ayer despedí a la empleada más "querida" de mi empresa, la que siempre traía pasteles para los cumpleaños y organizaba las colectas, porque descubrí que pasaba el 40% de su jornada laboral chismeando y ayudando a otros con sus tareas para no hacer las suyas. Era la "mamá" de la oficina, todos la amaban porque les resolvía problemas personales, pero sus métricas eran mediocres y yo le pago para producir, no para ser una trabajadora social. Cuando le entregué la carta de despido, se puso a llorar diciendo que ella era "el corazón del equipo" y que gracias a ella el ambiente era agradable. Hoy, tres de mis mejores desarrolladores amenazaron con renunciar si no la recontrato, diciendo que soy un frío que solo ve números. Mi respuesta fue clara: si quieren un club social, que se vayan a un café; aquí venimos a construir una empresa líder. Prefiero un equipo de 5 personas altamente eficientes y enfocadas que un grupo de 15 personas que se sienten "en familia" pero que no cumplen objetivos. Ahora en X me están funando porque alguien filtró la historia y dicen que soy el ejemplo del "jefe tóxico" que destruye la salud mental de sus empleados. Yo opino que la verdadera toxicidad es pagarle un sueldo completo a alguien que solo va a socializar. ¿Ustedes qué prefieren? ¿Un jefe que prioriza los resultados y la excelencia o un ambiente "lindo" donde nadie crece profesionalmente?
