I'm getting two vaccines next week: Tdap and shingles. The Tdap because Kate's family has a newborn and we're visiting. Shingles for the potential longevity benefits. Data we're looking at: 1. Lower Alzheimer risk with vaccination in 1.6 million people, 8 year follow up, age 65+ + Tdap/Td: 30% lower relative risk + Shingles: 25% lower + Pneumococcal: 27% lower 2. Slower biological aging from shingles vaccination in 3,884 people, age 70+ Modest but significant improvements in inflammation, epigenetic and transcriptomic aging, and composite biological age. Molecular signals strongest within 3 years; inflammation benefits emerged later. 3. Better outcomes after breakthrough shingles in 38,092 people, age 50+, median 3.6y follow up In adults who developed shingles, prior vaccination was linked to: + 41% lower all-cause mortality + 21% lower MACE (MI, stroke, PE, sudden cardiac death) + 16% lower dementia risk Note: all three studies are observational. They show association, not causation. A randomized controlled trial on longevity outcomes is not feasible here as you can't randomize people to skip vaccines for years. The signal is consistent across independent large cohorts, which strengthens confidence, but the possibility of healthy vaccine bias exists in all three. People who stay current on vaccines tend to have better health behaviors overall. I find the mechanistic case for shingles specifically compelling. VZV reactivation drives neuro inflammation, and vaccination appears to blunt that cascade which is why we weight this evidence more heavily than the numbers alone.

My 2 cents about the new Quantum players for 2026: $INFQ - pretty confident government contracts will make it a long-term winner. All in. $HQ - software only quantum company. No way. I don't invest in intangible assets anymore. $XNDU - photonic quantum has the possibility to scale unlike any other tech, if they can improve accuracy. However, $8 Billion market cap and no earnings. 🤪 I'll wait till the price drops.

It is unusual for soon-to-be-former Fed Chair Jay Powell to stay on at the @federalreserve. For someone who speaks so often of norms, his unilateral decision to stay flies in the face of tradition. Kevin Warsh will bring about a new day at the Fed, with accountability, management, and sound policymaking in the lead.

The government is printing the roadmap to wealth… most people still ignore it. They print money… the dollar loses value… assets with limited supply go UP. So what do smart people buy? Bitcoin Precious metals Real estate You can even buy real estate with debt… which is mostly digital entries on a screen. No traditional work required. No income taxes paid to create the loan… mostly digital entries on a screen. Anyone can buy gold, silver or bitcoin ETFs on their iPhone. As those assets rise… borrow against them to buy more. And repeat. As long as government keeps printing… savers lose. Asset owners win. Which strategy are you using? Save and get out of debt? Or Buy assets and borrow to buy more?

@acceler8future I don't know about generational, but definitely for the next 2-3 years minimum. Only regret I have is not buying more last August and taking too long to move to $MUU (2x).

All these guys probably thought they were "fighting hate". They were actually funding the Klan. The SPLC created the hate it supposedly existed to fight, then shook down big corporations for cash to "prove" they were on "the right side of history". And not only that: they were in the board rooms, determining who got cancelled/, debanked/censored. And don't even ask about the salaries and other corruption. Just like the leaders of BLM siphoning off most of their donations to buy multi-million dollar homes. But why did they NEED to fund racist groups and events? Because it turns out, just as with Jussie Smollett, for the left the demand for white racism greatly outstrips the actual supply. So they have to create their own and blame you.
